is a replacement wheel available in 16” alternately, what is the PCD of a light 15 1952?

any help would be great as my rear wheels do not fill my arches.

I saw a lovely Normale at the Stirling Classic Car Show recently fitted with a set of Pilote wheels. I noticed it had 16″ tyres, when I discussed this with the owner he told me he had made the wheels using Land Rover 16″ rims. Impressive.

PCD of the wheel studs is 190mm on all 5-stud hubs.
