I don’t think so- our later Tractions have a 32PBIC, Pump, B type, Downdraft, Monobloc. I assume P means the accelerator pump. But “B type” doesn’t tell me anything. My 1960 Saab has a similar carb but without an accelerator pump called a 40AI. No P designation- its’ similar to the 32PBIC but with a blank plate where the pump would be.
