Hello Traction experts.
I’ve taken the selector assembly apart (it was badly corroded and siezed up). Given it a good cleanup and greasing – only to find the two long selector arms can be fitted either way up!
!
Any ideas?
Thanks, Norman
I have this old image, but can’t be sure the levers were fitted correctly anyway!
Mine look like your old image, so are probably the right way up, ie: ball joints underneath.
Perfect, thanks Bryan
I’m a bit late to the party but mine are like that too.
Chris
Thanks Chris, managed to fit the assembly whilst dropping a bolt into the clutch housing (that’s another story).
The striker rod linkages are shot on the engine end. Will start a new thread looking for a supplier.
