Thanks Nigel, so not dissimilar to the French wheels but easier to balance without the central strap. I suppose I could remove the strap and drill the wheels to fit nipples to retain the hub caps but too many projects at the moment. I did wonder if they were the traditional “easy clean” wheels I have seen on some prewar Citroens.
