Whoa.

Richard, nothing Citroën is ever that simple.  Add Slough into the equation and the complications are further increased.

The rims are very different  under the hubcaps.  Slough rims have a flat area where they contact the drum, unlike the French deep profile.  As a result  they require a different hubnut with a tapered shoulder instead of the captured washer that sits in the valley.  Fortunately, suitable nuts are readily avaiable.

In addition, there are three lugs pressed into the Slough rim to retain the hubcap.  If you remove the central bar from a French rim you will have no facility for attaching either French or Slough hubcaps!!
