The car should not be jacked using a single point jack in the centre of hhe rear cruciform axle. There is a drawing for an “adapter” in the manual which will spread the load to prevent damaging the cruciform.
Axle stands can be placed under the cruciform as close to the wheels as possible. Alrernatively they could go under the larger tubular cross member situated a little further forward but that will entail lifting the car much higher if you want the wheels to be clear of the ground.
