Reply To: Bonnet Hinge Stops

Thank you very much Paul for these pics, they’re really appreciated.

I get it now, there are two stops – one at each end of the bonnet hinge strip inboard of the strip’s end caps.

My bonnet strip is just secured with the end caps attached by spire nuts and so wobbles up and down as well as sliding back and forth – one of the joys of  buying a car that’s had some Fred Flintstone aspects to the restoration !

Thanks to the help I’ve had from Chris and yourself, I can now sort this out.
