New Handbook for 15-6 uploaded to TOC Website

Thanks to Steve Wright for taking the time to scan a copy of the 15/6 User Handbook.
This has been uploaded and can be found in the “Brochures” Section of The Technical Library.
This is a later edition of the manual which included the “Hydraulic” supplement.
