It’s in the USA and needs just a bit of work.
Interesting Larry but questionable as to the year. I would like to see photos of the dashboard and the rear of the car.
There are some pictures showing the back and the dash – which looks to be a home-made job, not the way Slough did them, even for lefties. I’m no expert but would guess it is between ’48 and ’52 from the wipers and the chrome and the flat boot. No question that it has rust issues though. Chris

About the U.S, Canada and Switzerland, there used to be a gentleman from Egypt who lived in Toronto and came to our club meetings. He showed us pictures of his LHD Light 15 that was still in Egypt. He couldn’t take the car to Canada unless he paid it’s entire value to the Egyptian government. According to Presnell, LHD Slough cars were sold in Canada but I’ve never seen one. There are a few right-hookers, though. There is a project Light 15 just up the street that the owner wants to sell. Needs the usual rust repair in the usual places and an interior. Mechanically its sound. I think he’d take $5,000.00 Canadian for it, around 2,500 pounds.

Den,
my “I-Spy book of Tractions” tells me that the way to spot an 11BL/Light 15 is the “slope” at the top of the front grill when viewed from either side.
If it curves back it’s an 11BL/Light 15, If it’s a straight slope then it’s an 11B or 15/6.
11BL

Not an 11BL

Yes that is another distinguishing feature just not so easy to see from a distance.

I wonder, looking at what appears to be a home made dashboard if it’s a conversion?
My thoughts exactly but it could be a French car that has had Slough parts fitted. It would have been easier to cut and shut the Slough dashboard. The dash looks as though it may cover a French dashboard.
Good point Den as the radio sits right where a French car glovebox is situated
If I’ve done this properly I have attached a photo of a pukka 1952 Slough LHD dashboard – so the glovebox would still be in the same place as the radio. I think that if this ebay car is really 1946, then it must be Slough because the French didn’t drop their wipers until ’52. If it’s French it’s the mid ’52 transition model with the low wipers and flat bootlid – but that conflicts with the chassis number that the owner gave to Den. I think the wheels are right for ’46 too, not that you could trust that. Maybe someone should ask to see the owner’s Coque number. That’s not a question I would want to ask a stranger. Chris
