      I am a new member and have recently purchased a 1955 French built Commerciale for restoration. I will need to renew all the brake piping and I am aware that kits are available. My question is will these kits fit such long wheelbase cars or will an extra long brake pipe from front to rear flexi be needed? John

        I think you will find the kits are for the BN and BL versions of the car although the flexible hoses could well be the same after a certain year and type 11cv, 15cv after -1936. 7cv tend to be different.
        What I have done in the past is send the originals to a company and they reproduce them exactly – length and fittings. The same can be done with the copper brake pipes if you cannot manufacture them yourself.
