As with the 15th ICCCR back in 2012, If you subsequently discover that you are unable to attend you can cancel and get a refund up to the end of May (please check the date).

As one of the organizers of the 15th ICCCR back in 2012, I can only encourage you to do all you can to support the event by booking early.
