Not sure if you will be able to make this out but clicking the image should enlarge it. The horn support bracket just clears the gearbox cover sitting on studs 703 203 as Bernie says. In this case pushing the bracket forward by around 15mm from the stud centre. The horns in this case simply bolt to the cross bracket.
