Hi

A bit of an update thank you for the information, the traction is going well but the carburettor has excessive wear in the butterfly spindle and the car will not idle. As you say the Traction is fitted with a Solex 35 FAIE . What does the “E” stand for, I have seen Solex 35FAI for sale? Frassens list the correct carb as being a Solex 35 FPAI another option may be Solex 35FATIP but that I think it is an outside chance any information would be a help and information on carbs for sale also
