Should read the questions I pose before posting. Meant to say the rear light, small boot, were glass but mine plastic hence the melting. Cannot find plastic replacements and glass ones are in the region of €75 each plus delivery, not a cheap option. I know the club do a complete rear lamp but I only need the covers as the lampholders are in good condition.
