The car appears to be a post ’52 11B Normale but, without the picture of the engine that you mention, it is impossible to see if anything is “cut”. When you say “cut”, I presume you mean it looks as if something is missing, is that right?
If you can post the relevant engine picture perhaps somebody may be able to give you more information.
