As I know nuffink about these matters I have no useful info to pass on, BUT, purely for info, a friend with a WW1 vintage Le Rhône rotary engine found out the hard-expensive- way that his Italian licence built Le Rhône had no threads/sizes in common with a French built one. Guess where most of the spares are from!
