I have today used the website
https://www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr
which includes a section for emails. They do not have to be linked to any website.
I have put in a full report which also includes a mobile ‘phone number sent to me yesterday by this person who is saying that they are getting very fed up with my slowness in paying.
I have not included anyone’s names except of course my own.
One can only hope, however this sort of thing is very common and I do think that these incidents should be reported
