I am only aware of his book – “Citroen Traction Avant 11 & 15 CV for beginners”. But if that is the book you are referring to, I agree with you. I bought it when I was editor of Floating Power to see if it was worth a mention in the magazine. And no the cost of it was not recoverable from the club.
