17th ICCCR in Torun, Poland; 3-7 August 2022

Is anyone planning on going to the 2020 2022 ICCCR in Torun, Poland? Are you taking your Traction?

We’re planning on taking ours. 4-days to get there, 4 days back – or something like that. It’s 1000 miles each way starting from Sussex.

We’re not planning on doing the Baltic Sea Rally that follows the closing of the ICCCR. But I think we’ll make a trip up to Gdansk during the ICCCR itself. A Polish friend tells me it’s worth it.

We won’t be camping – so I’m about to research the hotels.

I admit to being “sorely tempted” because I believe it will be an excellent event and a memorable trip.  My experience (with the ACI) leads me to believe the organisers are not just extremely enthusiastic but, in light of their successful 2CV World Meeting, very competent.

It will be a long haul so the final decision has to depend on how speedy (and effective) my recovery from the forthcoming shoulder surgeries is going to be.

Meanwhile, I hope to visit France in June/July and my final decision re. Torun will then be made when I know how that goes from a driving point of view.

The organisers of the 2022 ICCCR in Torún, Poland, remain confident that the event will proceed, as envisaged, in August and, all being well, I for one hope to participate.

Is there any feedback from your club members that can be passed on to the organizers?
The organization team of the „Torunski Automobile Club“ will surely answer many, if not all questions, as far as possible during these days.

Due to many questions, we confirm that ICCCR 2022 will take place from 03-07.08.2022.
Our Team will take part at Retromobile Paris and Technoclassica Essen.
All works concerning ICCCR are in progress. We are doing our best to adjust to the situation.

17.ICCCR 2022 Important info – new date of the Meeting 14-18.08.2024,

After consulting with the President of Amicale Citroen Internationale (ACI) Stefan Jost and as suggested by representatives of the National Federations. due to the political situation – the war in Ukraine, to ensure the safety of the participants of the 17th ICCCR 2022 and the economic situation – the increase in fuel prices, and thus a small number of applications, as the organizer of the 17th ICCCR 2022,

we decided to change the date of the organization of this largest event of this type in Europe to August 14-18, 2024.

Payments made for 2022 are valid for 2024.

Any refunds of the entry fee will be made only at the request of the interested party until 30/12/2022.
