This just in from “The Automobile“:

      Hi Chris,

I thought I would drop you a line as we have a Citroen feature in our next issue. In our Back on the Road section we will be covering Tim Newing’s remarkable reconstruction of a 1937 Slough-Built Traction which he bought as basically a shell with no panels, stored outside and in a quite horrendous state. He has done virtually all the work himself and the results speak for themselves.

Attached is a picture of the finished car. I thought you might like to give this a mention in either the Floating Power mag or your column in the CCC mag – or both! The issue comes out on 18th May and can be ordered from www.theautomobile.co.uk or by calling 01306 628339.

      Cheers,
      Scott
