Big Boot 11B for sale in France 11,000 euros negotiable

I received the following from a CCC member about a car he knows of in France. It looks really nice and the owner is not asking an outrageous sum (11,000 euros) for it (IMHO)… I will pass on any interest to Mark.

My name is Mark Griffin, I hope you don’t mind me contacting you about a Traction 11B that a friend has for sale , maybe you know someone who might be looking for one.
The car is in the Charente region of France, area code 16700 where we live.
I’m a long standing member of CCC but not TOC and have a DS, a couple of 2cv vans and C5 and C6 so unfortunately no room for a Traction as well.
The owner who is now in his 80’s is re- locating back to the UK and will not have room to store the Traction so it needs to be sold.
It’s a 1954 B in RAF Blue
CG normale and CT passed in March this year.
The body is very good, no rust, it drives ok and the interior is original which really needs replacing, about 1700 euros for a complete interior, seats, door cards, carpets, roof lining and door trim from Renel Auto.
It has had a new petrol tank, new brakes in 2019 and recently had new coil, plugs, distributor and the starter rebuilt.
The clutch bearing has just started to make a bit of noise but there is a complete new clutch and a few other spares with the car.
