Does anybody know of a knack to install the rubber cone shaped bungs in the top of the door openings on a light 15?

A little Fairy Liquid (other washing up products are available) and a lot of determination.  A plastic or wooden spatula can also help to ease it in.

          Hi Bernie

I have been doing as you suggested but perhaps need a better mind set in the first place, perhaps try again over the weekend, thanks for comments.

Assuming your grommets have a hole in the top, try poking them down into the hole with a small dowel or similar.  Make sure it has a rounded end to prevent breaking through the bottom of the grommet.
