      What are the differences between early 4 cylinder models and the Perfo version? Anything other than the carb?

      The 1938 11BL my dad bought seems to be fitted with the Perfo carb, the Zenith 32 IN, I’ve recently taken it apart for ultrasonic cleaning and all the jet sizes match the Perfo spec sheet.

      The engine did seem a bit too lively for 46hp it’s supposed to have, so I’m curious if it should be now making 56 hp or is there anything else restraining it?
