Hardly technical but how does one affix the label that fits inside the glovebox? In my naivety thought would be a peel of back and stick on. Hmm no.

So a suitable glue?

Sorry, hit submit too quickly.

Something waterproof, like UHU ….. or perhaps spray-on contact adhesive as used to fit foam back carpet.

In the event of removal being necessitated, the latter will probably be more easily cleaned off the metal surface afterwards.

Pre-war, this notice was a transfer, altogether much nicer looking but not readily replaced once they did get damaged
