What I did to move the seat back was take the forward mounts off and I cut off the angled part with a grinder. I bolted them back down to the 2 unused holes already there behind the regular mounting holes. It works well, lots of room and I used the cut-off bits as washers underneath so they are there if anyone wanted to change them back to the way they were. Not me, however. There is ample room for adjustment so I think they’re OK. It’s funny how there are unused holes in the seat tunnel. I wonder why they’re there?
