Rear Bumper Irons

Good Afternoon

Could someone possibly post a picture of how and where the rear bumper Irons are attached.
My small boot floor has been replaced and the holes for the bolts are below the floor and touching it.
There is no room for the bolt, the hex has been completely cut away.
Is the floor to low or should the bolts be inside the boot ?

This is a picture before mine was removed and bodywork repaired, there is just enough room for the nuts and washers[attachment=0:4euy14xq]Bumper mount.png[/attachment:4euy14xq]
