Wiper motor

I have a 53 big boot onze normale. I can’t get the wiper motor out- or rather, I can’t get anywhere near it prior to getting it out. I’ve got the outer trim detached, although I can’t get the LH side off, but the rest defeats me. What do I do?

Tim,

The trim has a couple of lugs with screws into the body shell and requires a little – or more – judicial persuading to free it, but ……….

If you only want to get the motor out without disturbing the linkages to the wipers, you should be able to access it via the hole in the firewall behind the battery box.   You will need to remove bonnet and battery, of course.
