      You will notice that on page 21, something odd has happened to one of the diagrams and it now overlays part of the text, rather than the text wrapping around it as was the case in the signed off draft. I don’t think that it obscures anything crucial in the text, but I can provide a copy of the original, should anyone wish to receive it.
