It’s just the bonnet and grille that needs to be taken off, Bernie.
When I had the 1934 Hudson, six of us worked together to take the wings and grille off as one unit. Even with that many helpers, it was very tricky and just three of us re-installed them separately with a lot less anxiety (and much less swearing !).
