Do you have new rubbers for the doors themselves? Another miserable job, but necessary. But, without a doubt, caulk the gutters where they attach to the roof from outside, water will get in here. Also, you might want to finish off the area as best you can where the windscreen surrounding rubber touches on the body, it may lessen leakage here but it’s gonna leak anyway. Bring several towels when rain is forecast and DO NOT glue down the underlay pad in the front. Also, the pad that is on the sills should be about 1 inch above the floor so moisture won’t get into this padding, or minimize it, anyway. When I drove to the Citroen Rendezvous in Saratoga Springs, New York last June, it poured rain the whole way down so the front floor carpet and pad were soaked. I hung the carpet and pad from the hotel balcony and they were dry in a day once the rain stopped.
