This car is a little longer than a 2CV and the last re-carpet I did was on my 4L, just a tad smaller.

Now I was ready up on the various leaks that a Traction can have and one was the drip from the gutters above the front door that comes down the door joint and onto the sill dripping over the sill where the flange disappears near the front. Would this idea of some rubber strip glued in place stop the water coming in at this point? The door trim will near enough hide it anyway.
