Southend council have just got a similar injunction and on the local news last night the council spokesman said ANY meeting of more than two cars will breach the injunction and Police will be involved.
It seems we will be at the mercy of common sense from the Police which I hate to say seems in short supply. My local MG club does regular runs to Southend and usually there are ten or more cars so it looks like that may be a problem.
