Looking for a reason for low oil pressure I have measured the big end clearances using plastiguage, they are white metal bearings so it is difficult to see any wear. The clearances are between 0.002″ and 0.003″ but I do not know what they should be. I hope someone can help.

      Cheers Richard

CTA have/had a ‘Technical Sheet’ on their web site Richard with all the sizes, clearances etc which was on this site but appears to have gone missing. Can’t  attach it as a .pdf but have converted to a jpg though the quality might not be great.  I can e mail it to you though?

          Hi David

That looks like what I am after, the workshop manual has some lovely line drawings but is light on technical information. I cannot read the details on the forum, could you email a copy to richard-larter@sky.com. Thank you.

          Cheers Richard

              Gents,

I would like to get this document loaded onto the TOC website but I can only find the Dutch language version on CTA’s site.

David, please will you mail a link – or  a clearer copy of your pdf  to:  “president@traction-owners.co.uk”

              Ta,

Already sent it to Cleve but will forward it on again Bernie as it looks like it’s gone from the revised CTA site.
