I have been an avid fan of this car show (our winter is mixed between TV car shows and freezing in the garage) which will soon be in its 3rd season (National Geographic)

      https://www.facebook.com/pages/Car-SOS/518195834932605?fref=ts

In the last season they popped over to Scandinavia to do a car and that raised our hopes as they might pop over to France too. So my wife, Julie, wrote to them about 16 months ago with a long story about our Citroen Traction being found in a local barn and how it was part of the village and how good it would be to have it restored quickly before all the “oldies” who used to use it as their saturday night dance transport pop their clogs. It would also tie into the 80 years of the Traction and also the fact that their is the Traction Owners Club in the UK and there are plenty of spares. The English giving back the car to the French 😆

And so I read in this months Floating Power, that Car S.O.S is doing a Citroen Traction…… arrrrrgh 😮

Never mind, I have enjoyed doing my project myself and I look forward to this particular episode.

(Wheelers Dealers starts again next week 😆 )

You will probably find it on You Tube a week or so after.

Another good show (also on You Tube now) was “For the love of cars” a channel 4 show on 6 British classic cars. Really nice history on each of them, plus the restore and then in the last show they auction them all off at once.

            A “nice” car show.

Now a complete lemon of a show is the new one on Channel 5 – “The Classic Car Show” – it could have been great but wow! – it is terrible.

You can see my winter months are long….6 weeks and I will be back at work 😀

Seasons 1 & 2 have been broadcast by Channel 4.
It’s quite probable that Series 3 will also be.

As Ian says, earlier series are also available on Youtube, so it’s probable that Series 3 will also be in the future.
