If you still get the prompt to “Enter Username and Password” message then you have not successfully reloaded the page and your computer is loading the page from its “Cache” memory.
To clear the cache and force the browser to reload the page try the following:
– Left click your mouse when hovering over the page, then right click and select “reload” from the drop down menu
– Press the “F5” key to reload the page
– Press the “refresh” button on your browser
– Close the page in your browser and open a new one
– Close the browser and start it again
– Re-boot your computer and start you browser
