I need to replace the nearside top inner wishbone bushes.

I see that they are available with original brass bushing or more modern silent blocks.

Does anyone have any experience of the best ones to go for?

      Thanks

      Phil

Don’t know if you sorted your bushe sout or not.  If not…..

The way the bushes work seems not  to me to lend themselves to anything other than the bronze type. It is my experience that they do not wear and they are expensive to replace.

I had ours apart when i rebuilt the cradle and after 66 years they were in perfect condition. The first question then is; how do you know they need replacing?

All sorted now thanks, I replaced the O/S top inner wishbone joint with a new shaft and brass  bushes and all is well.
