After a catastrophic failure of the dynamo and limping home with the pulley sort of going round on the seized shaft, the pulley itself is ruined. I have a spare Lucas dynamo but as Chris does not have one available, we are struggling to find what seems to be a pretty rare article since it needs to work with the profile of the other pulleys used on the French cars. Pulleys for the French 6volt dynamos are available from various sources but I think they are designed for a 17mm shaft as opposed to the Lucas 15mm.
Does anyone have a box of these laying around or perhaps know of a possible source?
