Slough 15 wiper arm seals

I am looking for some help in locating wiper shaft seals.
The vehicle is fitted with windscreen wipers where the driven shafts come through the bulk head under the screen.
The seal itself is shaped like a milk bottle which sits in the bulk head and the wiper shaft passes through. See photos below.
Any help to locate new seals would be appreciated.
