Today is the first Sunday of the month and Sue and I should have had Sunday lunch in a local pub with our Citroen friends from the TOC, 2CVGB and CCC.
We may not do this ever again as our brilliant section co-ordinator Jim Gibson has resigned from the post due to commitments at home and no one has come forward yet to take on the job.
There must be someone in one of the three clubs that is prepared to take on the task so that the Surrey/Hants/Sussex section doesn’t just disappear.
May I take this opportunity to thank Jim and Jill for the sterling work looking after our section over the last few years.
