      New front wing ends, bonnet is being fitted properly. work is progressing!

          The front wings are primed- they sure did a great job replacing the wing-ends. It’s getting there.

            It’s been primed and now to be block-sanded and painted! Happy day!

              The lower body is being painted today, then the doors, bonnet and wings will be installed and then the final paint. Then the wing beading, reinstall the lights and then I drive it home and start on the interior.

                The paint is on the lower body, the flitches, the door posts and openings. Looks good!

                  Final sanding- the insides of the doors will be painted today, the rest later this week. It’s going to be better than the factory made it when its done.

                      The doors and bootlid were painted when I was there today- looks great!

                            Glad you’re enjoying it- with any luck it should be back together by the end of the month and then the interior work begins. It should be fun and I can sure use something to do outdoors after all the lockdown.

                                  That will happen as soon as I can do it, but I am not doing any of this work so I am at their mercy. One of the beauties of body work is that I don’t have to do it but I do have to wait. Soon!
